Did you enter it in the Track New tab first? If not you'll need to enter the VIN and assign it the nickname you want. Then you'll be able to look it up in the Lookup Existing by either the VIN or the nickname.
Yep, Track New tab. Add all info and it keeps giving me the same error.

When I ordered, my dealer and I looked at the other orders in the DB and was alarmed to see Rubi Gladiators ordered in early March (like 3/5) that are still in D status!!
Judging by most of the posts here, build and delivery time seems to be near universally shorter than that in the states (sorry Canadian bros), so I honestly don't know what to expect. I got the gorilla glass option, sounds like that is adding a significant delay.
I'm leaving for a 3 week trip to Colorado at the end of August, and of course I would love to take the Glady if it comes in on time but it's not the biggest deal if it doesn't. However, it would be torture for it to arrive at the dealer back home the first week after I leave...

Damn! Here I thought I had it rough lol. Always been curious why the majority of us Canadians get put on the back burner for orders. I ordered end of may and just got my VIN Monday and it’s been the same for every Jeep I’ve ordered thus far

Nice, another rubicon diesel ? looking forward to hearing about your progress. I ordered mine just over a week after you so good to hear yours is already in framing. Did you happen to get the gorilla glass?
