Ordered 9/16. Diesel. Was told today I'm in D1. Jeep cares no longer shares build code with me. Dealership sent me an email to let me know. I guess I still have a ways to go.

How long did you go before you got ANY update? I ordered 10/1 and have yet to get anything, not even an order conformation from Jeep. Only thing I have is the guy telling me he ordered....

Dealer updated me today that my JTURD, ordered 15 Aug, is in paint so hopefully not too much longer.
Still has several steps to go before midnight train to Georgia.

Just confirmed with my salesman that my truck is in framing! Jeep chat said its been in production for 22 days so that seem like a long time just to be in framing but hey its actually being built. Ordered on 9/10 and I also have the Oct. 15th ship date. I'm not holding my breath for it to be on a train at that time, I'll stick to my original guesstimate of some time before thanksgiving.

Ok. Sounds like your on your way. I did not get a update from my dealer for 5 weeks. But did get one this week. Looks like a 10/24 shipping date. Won’t hold my breath!LOL

From my experience the "ship date" is the day it leaves the building. It took four weeks from Toledo to Memphis. My ship date was 9/11 and was built on the tenth.

Got it. Mine says I'm in D1 status with a ship date of 10/15 (ordered on 09/15). It seems awfully optimistic.

Well, Jeep Chat says my truck went to paint. looks like they're going to hit their mark!
