They must really be slow at shipping. When my last two, since 2018, hit complete and KZ, they arrived in VA in two days.

I don't have a firm date yet so I was just speculating since they normally give a two week window for delivery but If it arrives sooner all the better.

I ordered mine on 5/18 and the window sticker showed up this morning. I just got off of Jeep chat and it's scheduled for delivery by 6/8.

Delivery window has been set:
"I am thrilled to let you know, your vehicle is now fully assembled and ready for the road. Congratulations! The ETA to the dealer is 06/04/2021 - 06/18/2021"

Thank you for waiting Michael. The Jeep has been built and it's in the ship phase but there is not a current ETA window for arrival at the dealership. We do ship our Jeep's out in lots, so more then likely it is waiting for a full load of vehicles to ship before that ETA is finalized. I'd recommend contacting us back in a week or two for a new update check, but we are available 24/7 if you do want to contact back sooner.

June 1: still no scheduled build date. Getting close to four month mark. Is this normal?

So since I ordered my base sport MT on 4/27 the incentives have went for the Sport from $2,000 to $500 and I am still sitting in D1 status with no build date in sight. I wonder if anyone else on here ordered a sport and is getting it built now.

Jeep chat says, “Thank you for holding! I do see here that the vehicle is showed as being delivered to the dealership as of 06/01/2021. I do recommend reaching out to the selling dealership for next steps.” LOL. I’m out of town and not back until Saturday. Let’s see how much of those COVID car buying tactics, such as touchless and online paperwork stuff, are still in effect. See what I can do between now and then with the dealer and pick up Saturday afternoon.

Got the same message from Jeep Chat yesterday. Had I known it was coming in so fast I would have started the Vroom selling process of my vehicle sooner. Dealer told me 8-9 weeks and it was 20 days from order to delivery!

I started Vroom last Wednesday. They have yet to call me. I tried calling them for the first three days and they said it’s still in review. It’s been a week and no contact. Sure, they offer the highest, but do I really want to deal with a company that doesn’t follow through and has poor service? Not me. [EDIT: What if I had a problem getting my money from them? What if they picked up my vehicle and I couldn’t get ahold of them to finish the transaction? If I can’t reach them now, what confidence do I have in them?]. I sold to CarMax last Saturday after hearing nothing from and spending two hours on hold with Vroom.
