Did you special order those mirrors or did it just come that way? I didn’t know we could get the European mirrors installed at the factory.

So I ordered on December 8 and got the VIN from Jeep Chat a few days later. When I check the tracker mine does not show at all while others with no status updates do. When I look up by VIN I do see it....Is this normal?

Yes ... normal. At least as near as I can tell .. mine didn't show on the tracker until it hit framing.

Actually, from the trackers perspective it went from build start to finish in less than 24hrs.

Pretty sure that only the Altitude and High Altitude models have the side mirror markers.

Ah, I guess I can see that. They do have 10 “different” versions of this truck to justify thus far. Wonder when they’ll incorporate the European rear facing fog light and create another version? Maybe call it the “Low Altitude” model??

Jerry C, my guess is it is a combination of many variables including parts available, runs of similar vehicles, shipping and so on. I ordered a Sport S with the diesel and if you ordered a gas it may flip the production, who knows. They have a lot of logistics to work out, I don't think they would build 1 truck for the west coast and 20 for Florida as they have to ship them by train. Don't think to much into it, it's a process we have no control over and probably don't have the entire picture.

Just got an email that my Gladiator has arrived.
Needs to have PDI/Gas/Cleanup done.

I asked them to install the trailer brake controller before pickup so I don't have to go back.
Man that was quick 11/24/2021 order date.

So I am being told they do not have a 2022 compatible Brake controller for a 2022 Gladiator at the moment and have no idea when one would be available.

I am kind of dumbfounded and having a hard time thinking the existing Trailer Brake Controller for a 2021 Gladiator won't work?

I did not think there was anything hugely different between the 2021/2022 Gladiators
[with similar engines and transmissions]
except for package options and some price bumps.

Anyone more knowledgable than me have insight?

When I search for a build sheet it tells me the VIN provided is in the incorrect format. I entered with and without the dashes. Does this mean the build sheet isn't available?

I was told it isn't an option for the Mojave. Didn't know it was across the whole line up.

My dealer has the part number and said they would install a brake controller when mine arrived. Mopar Part# 82215652

That's the part number I have, but apparently it is showing as not available yet for 2022 vehicles.
