….and HELLO BDS NX2 shocks! After 73k kms (45k miles) on my 21 JTR, the wife and I were done with the floating, bouncing and just being scrambled in the cab kind of ride on the fox 2.0’s.
Last weekend we had a great time at the Alberta Outdoor (overland) Expo and one vender caught my attention, RAVEN NORTH SHORE that now has a couple shops in Calgary and one point of contention I spoke to the shop representative of my disdain for how my 2.0 FOX shocks performed and after some time listening to what he had to say, I was so impressed with his knowledge of multiple brands of shocks and the characteristics of each, I was sold on the BDS NX2 series shocks and installed them last night.
No more body roll and jostling. The ride is planted and the bounce is gone! After my 10% discount for attending the EXPO, I paid $67 cad each and $80 for the steering stabilizer I’m going to install today.
BDS is a fox owned company and the product is solid and the price point I couldn’t refuse.
