had a 04 Wj for the first baby mobile. wifey loved it.

She’s pretty excited. Craig at Koons made it a pretty good experience. She already ordered the offroam phone mount for it in anticipation. I told her that’s the gateway drug and I’ll make sure I leave room next to the phone mount in the garage for the lift and tires.

Wife has a 2019 Grand Cherokee Overland, not an L. She loves it. We test drove EVERYTHING ?. Full size Tahoe and Sequoia = Too Big actually too wide. She had a Kia Sorrento and it was a great car suv but had a horrible dealership experience dealing with the giant sunroof and a rattle that they only made worse.
After our vehicle test drive tour, it came down to the Volvo and the Grand Cherokee and while she isn't exactly going "off road" we decided we wanted an actual 4x4 not a car base AWD. It's a very nice comfortable vehicle .......Just a heads up she ordered hers with the light tan leather interior I am constantly having to clean the seats because the blue dye in jeans rubs off and is visible ...if had to do it again go with dark gray or black interior

but real quick… I got my gladiator and my fiancé’ really liked it but wanted something more tamed

wow… she came home in a black, blacked out ‘21 Overland High Altitude… only option it did not have that I’m aware of is 4x4.

We love it and we take anytime we take a trip out of state together.

plenty of power, for me it’s extremely comfortable and I love to drive it.

was shocked she came home with it… but since me and my brother got the JT’s in 2019 my mother got a 2 door wrangler “she is 86”, my sister got a 4 door wrangler, my fiancé a grand Cherokee, and my daughter got a cherokee

Looks like a Jeep dealership when we have a steak gathering, lol

We have the regular Cherokee KL n Trailhawk trim and I absolutely love that vehicle. Much smaller than the Grand however.

Okay, this MAY be an unpopular opinion, but I feel that minivans are boring, high-utility, super-convenient, super-comfortable vehicles that do those things better than pretty much anything else. Modern SUVs like the Grand Cherokee are just slightly less boring minivans that don't do the other stuff quite as well. The only reason I would personally consider one is if I needed the slight increase in ground clearance over a minivan.

I LOVE the concept, but will never understand why so many automobile companies make what SHOULD be a fun vehicle, then only offer it with an automatic. Oh Chevy...why oh why did you do the Vette like that!? Soo many vehicles through the years I thought were awesome, but would never own because of the gearbox. Marauder, Grand National, Lightning, XLR, Dodge Charger, Rubicon 392...
