thanks...it works real well.. I am old and like to drink so a roof top tent aint fun when your hammered and nature calls lol..it think the roof can hold 200 +-??? they make one with extra reinforcement that I think can hold at least double that if not more.I love the simplicity of this build. Nice looking Rig! What's the roof weight limit capacity of the ARE?
Which model ARE did you get?Thepainted to match with overland windows is a great camper.![]()
Not anymore. Seal up the holes and gaps.Speaking of dust… I noticed a lot of it gets under my bed cover, even with two layers of foam gaskets. I believe it comes from all the bed hole openings.
Anyone else having this concern?
FYI, cut it a little long so that it overlaps the ends and gets trapped by the tailgate when closed. You can kind of see it in this pic.I just watched the ad for the tail gate gap… I’m buying that next! Thanks man.

@MattK did a good write up; I agree with trying to use a tailgate seal like Gap Shield at the bottom, that’s a little cleaner. The bottom corners of the tailgate seal kinda funny, that’s what MattK’s pictures fixed.. plus all the bed hole openings?Speaking of dust… I noticed a lot of it gets under my bed cover, even with two layers of foam gaskets.
