Funny, I'm a computer guy as well. One of my co-workers got me that on a coffee mug.
You have to find IT Crowd if you haven't already. Great British show about small IT dept locked in the basement.

I’ve adjusted the hardtop twice, still have a buffeting/bellowing from the rear piece. It’s almost as if the rear piece is flexing and making the bellowing noise. My JKU hardtop never had anything similar to this. Guess I’ll give the dealer a visit or just stay under 45 or over 65.

That sort of sound is normally air pressure building up until it can escape by flexing things until a gap forms, the pressure is released, the gap closes and the process starts all over again (like a hatchback with the front windows open - a big scoop going down the highway catching air like a sail until it builds enough pressure to escape out the back hatch, causing that sound as pressure builds and is released.
If you had the panels out, the solution is to slide the back window open a bit.

Panels on, it's caused when low pressure over a flat part lifts it like an airplane wing, then the tension overcomes the pull and it drops back, then the air lifts it again, and so on.

Either way, something is loose - either letting air get in and build up pressure, or letting a panel be lifted away by the rushing air and then letting go again.
