Still thinking this through

- grab Handles
- heavy duty Carabiners
- double rope clamps (slide stop)
- just inside the slide stop install 2 more double rope clamps ..... Use one side of the double rope clamp on one side of the zip line .... The other clamp another section of rope to each end for the slide stop

Like this . the yellow section would be the (Keeper) of the slide area

I kept the rear seat in and used the child seat loops to Velcro a carpeted 1/2" plywood piece over the seat. If I have 2 legged guest I just un-Velcro and toss it in the bed.

Doggy zipline in the rear, but then every vehicle I drive has to be dog friendly due to a service dog

I keep the dog hammock in the back seat. If I removed it my 3 dogs would always be up on my lap. They like to look out the windows front back and sideways. The hammock keeps most of the sand or other crap they get on them contained fairly well. I also keep a couple of kennels in the bed when I am out swimming them all summer. The kennels with shade covers allow them more cool air than they get in the back seat.
Do the hammock style covers blow around in the wind with the top off?

I hunt and hike with my dogs on a regular basis here in Arizona. My dogs usually ride in the back seat. I installed the PRP seat covers and Armorlite rubber flooring front and back. My dogs are American English Coonhounds and we try to "hunt" mountain lions, bobcats, and raccoons. We aren't very good though and are rarely successful. When I say successful I mean that we "treed" a mountain lion or bobcat, we generally don't shoot anything. The dogs have been "skunked" about 25 times and I have been sprayed three times.

If we are hunting hard we take my XJ. I beat the hell out of it, but it is not very comfortable to drive on day trips to the woods.

Anyhow, some of my buddies run fully dedicated Hound Rigs. Here is the Melon Ranch Rig.

I don't want to go full "Hound Rig" but am thinking about getting a Rebel Offroad XPLOR Bed Rack with the headache rack option and then water jetting my own rear door.

Found something a Pet Smart the other day and I think it is going to work. A very short leash and hooked it to the runner part of the zip line
