Are you asking for advice or promoting your channel?

Need more info for advice. Approximate weight of current load, current lift kit, etc.

You need stiffer springs. What is the lift? What kind of springs? I had a lot of bounce in the back of my JKU and it would sway pretty badly with a light trailer (like 1500 pounds max). I changed the springs to a progressive spring with a stiffer spring rate and also switched to adjustable shocks and dialed them up when towing or carry heavy stuff on the back (I had a metal deck cover). The springs really did the trick and I bet that is what you need. Also, as Moriarty asked. What is the weight of what you are carrying? You may be over your payload rating. All you added impacts payload, including a heavy rear bumper. Essentially anything in the rear you install above the tires is going to decrease your payload capability.

Not sure why your so salty about our channel if it doesn’t interest you don’t look at my posts.

I was asking so ya when the time is right we can make a video as there wasn’t one I could find that helped.

thabk you for all of this. I believe I have found the problem. When we had the shop do the install I guess They don’t know how to measure all the control arms are all different sizes I just got done fixing it but ran out of time tonight running my impact hammer to tighten things so tomorrow I’m gonna finish it up take it for test drive but some of the things were way off also the pinion in the back was way too far up so I lowered it followed JK gear and gadgets advice on pinion angle now visually it looks really good

For advice - still need to know the load you are running.
Suspension details

Example - we are at 420 lbs static load, rack with RTT and awning
We are still using stock springs and shocks on the JTR. Now by the time we are loaded for a trip, add 400 lbs of gear and swap to the 37" Nitto muds and things get real interesting.
Our current bandaid fix (until the buy once cry once suspension purchase happens) is Daystar 3/4" puck with MC sumitomo bump stop in the front and ICON 1 3/8" billet spacer in the rear.
Now, HWY manners - sways in the rear and bottoms out little.
Off road manners - Factory shocks are unable to control the ride and the springs are struggling with the weight.
To fix our problem will require heavy springs for the rear, 2.5" or 3.0" remote res shocks front & rear, rear sway bar upgrade.
In a 2.5" or 3.5" lift. Clayton Off-road has a lift kit that fits the bill, still waiting for AEV to release the JT Dual sport lift before making our decision.
