Good lift kit, but bad installation. Realistically, those springs probably won’t go anywhere on a drive back to the shop. I would think your time is worth more than the 300 mile trip back though. It’s a good time to learn to do your own suspension work, or find a good local shop. The shop that did this should change their name...

You can reinstall the bump stops, same way you took them out.

Round carriage bolt head goes on top, you need to source the correct nuts. You need 1/2"-13 flanged nylock nuts.

Have to go down for work anyway. But the springs are bowed too much in my opinion. Just don’t have time to learn suspension now.

It looks like you have an adjustable trackbar installed, correct? I had springbow in my lift before I re-centered the axle with the adjustable trackbar so I'm wondering if they mis-installed your trackbar. Is one tire sticking out on one side more than the other?
