Help me spend (about) $200

I was gifted 2-$100 Amazon gift cards. I’m in the market for auxiliary lighting. My JT has the LED light option already. I’m looking for opinions and pics of auxiliary lights. I think my needs are for flood lighting. When I’m out in the desert at night, it’s really hard to see ant night (that was my observation from my previous JT without the LED package). A few other thoughts. I have the diesel so I don’t want to block the grill. Pillar lights are interesting to me but I prefer something mounted on the stock rubi steel bumper. I’m worried about wind noise. If I could have it my way and within the budget, flood/driving combo.

recommendations? Thoughts? Are thestock LEDs good enough? Am I smoking crack thinking $200 will be enough?

Thanks Bill. Everything I’ve read has been positive reviews. Anyone else have any comments on the Rough Country 3” Wide angle LED lights? These seem to check most of the boxes.

I went with the RCs. Amazon dropped them off this weekend. I just mounted them. They seem well built. I need to figure out how to wire them to the Aux switches. It comes pre wired with a relay but includes it’s own switch. I will work on wiring them up over the weekend.

These are interesting. How do you feel about the fact that it looks like there are 2 right hand. (or LH) lights?

@A 2 I didn't go with the 'combo' lens so I didn't have that issue. I think that was why I chose a different pattern though. The lack of symmetry would've driven me crazy.

Not really, lumens is a funky "measurement" for light output.

The calculator is basically Watts x Lumen efficiency. Ex. 88W x 100lm/W = 8800 lumens.

So based on that, two lights would have double the lumens. This needs to be understood when comparing lights, when they say "14000 lumens" for one pair of lights and "8500 lumens" for a single light. The light isn't going longer, just wider. I like a long beam. I have two Auxbeam 7" round LEDs that they don't sell on AMZN anymore. They're great.

Lumen efficiency also is a "flexible" measurement. Not all lights have the same output.

I have a pair of LED floods that say 72W, but the output per pair is only 10800 lumen. Not too efficient.
