Lowering the pivot points aka rear control arm joints, effectively corrects axle geometry in relation to the frame, without changing control arms, as long as the additional length of the springs are commensurate to the length of drop on the brackets. What it doesn't correct are the other geometric variables such as driveshaft to pinion gear angle, sway bar, shock, track bar, etc.I have no idea if drop brackets will fix your issue, my guess they won't, they don't change the radius of the swing they just move the pivot point down
