this is exactly it. I have 0 of them and just need 2 as it is part of the bolts that hold the winch plate.
Take a measurement of the interior diameter, length, and what length shank you need. Go hit a hardware/fastener supplier and get the bolt that fits those requirements, nut, and washer.

You don't necessarily need OEM.

Hello,
I purchased my Gladiator with a Rugged Ridge XOR front bumper. I’m preparing to swap it out for a RR Arcus with a Warn winch. It looks like the previous owner removed the 16mm bolts to remove the Frame Horn brackets as they weren’t needed. Now I need two of the 4 16mm bolts. Dealer has been unable to confirm which they are.

Does anyone know a part number for these? Or know the bolt information to get replacements?

I'm not great with metric but it appears to be an 30mm long M10 bolt. Coarse thread I believe.

But if you didn't watch Stellantis put the bolt in the box, did it exist before you opened the box to see if it's there?
I can tell you that Stellantis didn't put that bolt in the box. But they may have put it in a bag. I can't think of any bolts from Stellantis that are shipped in a box, the bolts I installed today were actually in a plastic bag, which was inside of another plastic bag.

In the past ten years, it seems like almost all the hardware shipped from FCA, Stellantis, or whatever master Jeep has at the time, has been double bagged. A lot of parts are actually double boxed too. Mopar must spend a fortune on packaging, based on what I have seen.

But did you see them put it in there? Are you sure it was there? How do you know it's still where you put it?

Next lift kit will be double-crated

I'm not great with metric but

That's ok, ask for 'em one at a time. Buddy used to tell the waitress as he ordered us a pitcher - "keep them coming"

The stock bolts are grade 10.9 M10 x 1.5 thread, 25 mm long with a short lede on the end without threads. It has a captive washer. You will be fine with using a washer and a 25 mm long fully threaded bolt. The stock bolt has a 16 mm hex head (5/8" works). On my JT, I put a big washer between the Arcus winch plate and one side of the frame to take up the distance between the winch plate ears and the frame.
Back on topic, sort of in a twisted way (poor OP, what he's experiencing in this thread)
Here's a decent place for washers if so inclined if the winch plate sits behind the ears of the front ends of the frame horn - MAYBE this is what @whiteglad is referring to?

In the pic below, you can see where the instructions said to take out the original bolt and set it aside and use their bolts. Not sure why - either way would work but I actually read and followed instructions, I'm ashamed to admit. Almost a first.
