I have a 2020 JT Rubicon that is about to hit 100k miles. Recently it has started the infamous “ticking” sound when revving it up. I’m assuming it is the lifters and rockers. I know that it will also need new timing chains, plugs and coils and it will be more cost effective to have all that, plus lifters and rockers, done at once.

my question is, has anyone else all all this work done? And (ballpark) what did it cost you?

Not on my JT but on on JKU at 57k miles. Worked a deal out with Jeep because my warranty was expired but I still ended up paying $3585.24 out of pocket  rocker arm lifters and camshafts were replaced.

$1000 in parts and $2500 in labor doesn't sound like they helped you out too much. Ouch!

Following......

Hell, these days if you hit a big enough fly going over 75 mph you'll do $4K in damage.

My 2020 has 117k miles and started ticking. Getting work done at the dealer. (Waiting on cam kit)

Passenger side intake cam kit going to be $2200.

Spark Plugs $850.

Not aware of need to change timing chain.

Can a resident expert chime in with what else should be looked at/done during this procedure with a 100k mile Jeep?
