It would seem you are correct, I cannot find one tangible bit of business, corporate, ownership, address, or contact information other than what's on their "contact us" disclaimer in their web page. I tried and could not verify subscriber information for the telephone number and a business profile or corporate information for them either. That's not saying, they are nefarious, I just find it odd that there is no publicly available information of just who they are. I would suggest you look at your credit card processing to see who accepted the funds and go from there. I called the number and a man gives a process for returns, etc. Have you tried this?
Ordered Direct. Fronts fit after messing around with them for a bit. Rears actually rub on the door frame at the top rear above the latch. Small amount of play in the bolt on hinges however even with the door pushed into the hinge completely there just isn't enough room. I would have to grind out the back of the hinge tube and drill out the bolt holes to fit it. I could "get it to fit" but for almost $800 they should fit out of the box!
