I will be putting on an XPLOR rack from Rebel Off Road. Trying to figure out the best way to lock things that are stored on the rack. I won't leave expensive stuff on all the time but don't want it all to walk away while on a trip and away from the Jeep.
Rotopacks are easy. They can be ordered with locking mounts. Maxtrax can have a small padlock put through the pins they provide.
How about a shovel? Axe? Other assorted items on Molle racks?
I understand that a determined thief can get anything. I just want to make it as hard and time consuming as possible to get my stuff.
I've seen a couple of options but curious what you are using that works well. It would be really nice if you could key as many as possible with one key.
I probably won't have a locking tonneau so looking for a way to lock items in place on the rack.
