Remove driveshafts one at a time.

Remove front, go for drive. Any changes?

Reinstall front, remove rear, go drive in 4wd. Any changes?

Are they the factory wheels?? If not could you put your factories back on to see if the vibration goes away.. if they are not factory wheels are they hub-centric? if not you might try some hub-centric rings.. Have you had them double check the balance?

Great advice given, if after you try those suggestions, you still have the vibration and no ideas left, take it to a drive line specialist that makes driveshafts and Ujoints and have them put your truck on rollers and hook up to sensors to locate where the vibration is coming from. It may take a couple hours but it takes out the guess work and throwing money at guesses.

Wheels are new teraflex nomads I had no vibration for about a month after lifting and adding bigger tires

If all was good for a month, and you did not do any hardcore wheeling that could have caused damage I would start with simple stuff like looking for missing wheel weights and properly torqued lug nuts. I have both lost weights (those stupid glue on ones.....lazy kid at the tire shop slapped them on right over the dirt on the wheel and they let loose a week later) and had dangerously loose lugs (all five lugs only finger tight after a delaership axel shaft repair......not exaggerating) that caused vibrations. Also look for any huge rocks in the treads of the tires.

Edit to add: if the tires are still fairly new you could swing back by the tire shop and do the "hey these were fine for a bit and all of the sudden I have a vibration....could you check the balancing I think I might have lost a wheel weight or something". Thats what I did whith the issue above and they fixed it right up for no charge of course.

I know I'm raising a dead thread, but nobody mentioned the obvious.

A driveline vibration from the driveshaft is going to be at about 4 times the frequency of wheel vibration. (4.10 times for a vehicle with 4.10 gears etc.) Since the driveshaft spins about 4 times as fast.
