I like the ski rack idea. I am just doing fresh water bass rods.

Trying to think of a way to mount them in rocket launcher style holders off the back bar and point over top of the cab.

My Zebco 33 breaks down into 2 halves that fit nicely in the bed.

Clearly not the kind of gear you’re asking about but it is technically an answer to your question

Don't have any pics, but I was using an old potato cannon. Worked nicely and was super cheap. sKinny tube for the pole and a wider tube with adapter to hold the reel. Worked great and it was great at launching heavy sinker/bobbers leads way out on the lake lol

The hard part is finding bobbers that fit the pipe perfectly. Too tight and the bobber cracks/breaks, and too loose the launch doesn't go anywhere LOL. if you do it. build the pipes around the bobber and buy a ton of the bobbers!

Or just use some tissue for wadding... my wife insists on at least 1 box of tissues in each vehicle at all times, so it's always available...

OOH, great idea. If I stay back from shore far enough I don't have to worry about wading in and picking up the kleenex..... SMART

And, the kleenex will dissolve really quickly as well, so even if it makes it into the water it's ok
