How to make the most of the room you got.

Hey everyone! So I’m trying to see how everyone uses their storage at the bottom of the back seat and what they put in it to make it efficient for themselves. Would also like to know what little things have you bought that you put in your jeep that can be useful for unexpected circumstances. Thank you!!

Don't have my JT yet, but I ordered the goose gear back seat delete. It's just the wife and I and our two dogs. The back seats are awkward compared to my Tacoma in there folding ability. The only way I see us fitting two medium sized dogs in the backseat is by simply removing them all together.

I plan on sticking all my trail tools in the compartments of the back seat delete (socket sets, wrenches, etc). I might even have room for all my recovery gear (slings, shackles, winch extensions, snatch blocks).

The goose gear leadtime is some 12 wks. I ordered both sections (60/40)..

I also purchased the blue ridge overland JLU attic. I 3d printed some brackets out of ABS which I will share once I know they work. I bought the attic so we can stuff puffy jackets and misc items in the jeep full time.

Hopefully I will receive my 2023 in a couple weeks.

In addition to the factory Bluetooth speaker, jack, and toolkit, I keep a recovery strap, my trailer hitch and ball, a couple of pairs of gloves, some zip ties, battery jumper, LED flashlight, a few shop towels, and my doors off mirrors behind and under the seats.

Recovery straps, tie downs, med kit, mini shovel, deflation gear, gloves, extra shackle, jumper cables..... an I missing anything?

Not well organized and stuff it till the seat won't close. Ducks, tie downs, hitches, rain gear, few tools, flash light, & jumper cables. If I need it and it fits, in it goes otherwise I either don't need it or it rides in the bed.

Oh man, what a can of worms. Let's see... behind the seats I've got a knife, fleece zip-up, beanie, and gloves on one side, the other side has a knife, jumper cables, and some other things.

Under the seat I have a pelican case for my cigars (mini humidor), the stock jack and lug nut tool, camera tripod, misc. camera gear, mirrors for when the doors are off, a knife or two, blue shop rags, rain poncho, flash light, a fire extinguisher (though i'll be moving that), phone gimbal, a basic med kit... and maybe a few other things?

Recovery gear, winch controller, bottle jack, Red Ryder BB gun, a .22 rifle, Ammo, couple of umbrellas, junk like that.
