Thank you all for the information. I know what I'll be doing this weekend.
Staring at a parts box, drinking a beer, and making seven hardware store runs?

I just assumed everyone did the same crap I do on weekends.

I use this type of Rivet-Nut instead the knurled type. And some 3m DP420 scotch-weld to make them permanent. " Like in forever"
Multi-Grip Rivet-Nut, M6 Pre-Bulbed Shank Carbon Steel Color-Zinc-Plated Flat Head.

Grab a cleaning tap to clean the threads from the paint. I did that after the first bolt got messed up and everything went together smoothly.

I think you summed it up pretty well...

I was looking at your photo and didnt notice a 3rd rail. Should have 2 sides and a front rail as well as 6 mounts/tie downs plus the bolts.
I ordered the OEM trail rail system to install in by truck bed, but the guy that shipped it to me put it in a box with two open ends, enclosed only with packing tape, so the hardware packet slipped out of the box during shipping, and I don't have any of the screws or the rivnuts to install it. He offered me a partial refund for the lost hardware, but the issue is I don't know what to order to replace it all. Can someone with the trail rail system tell me what size the screws are so I can go to the hardware store and buy some replacement screws? I found the rivnuts on Quadrartec's website, and they're around $17 each. I'm looking on the various MOPAR part stores online now for a cheaper option. Thanks in advance.
