Cardboard template plus Jigsaw good to go. Thanks to all the thread contributors.

There is barely any room for the parking sensor wires but they slip through a gap.

If anyone is doing this in SoCal and does not want to dick with their plastic bumper @GladiSD is selling a mint OEM rear steel bumper with parking sensor holes.

Was trying to think of a contribution I could make...most things are covered, but here's one.

Keep the bracket bolts loose prior to fitting the slider.

After you trim the bumper plastic enough to get the slider rear holes to align with the bumper holes.....lightly thread the 2 slider to bumper bolts and lightly thread the 3 slider to bracket bolts. Slam the entire rickety bracket up and back to create clearance for the parking wires next to the two bumper bolts, and then tighten just the long bolt of the mounting bracket through the tow hitch assembly.

Now your brackets are in the right place. Now make sure you have play in the parking wires, and tighten the two slider to bumper bolts AS LONG AS the slider to bracket mating is still flat and true. Now that those slider to bumper bolts are tight, tighten the rest of the bracket and slider bolts.
