it varies from manufacture. Some have up to 15% like rugged ridge. I think teraflex is usually about 10%. Some 5% to none like rockhard 4x4.

Thanks! The code that I used was for 15% off, but it only applies 10% on RSE, consistent with what you mentioned.

So I wanted to update on my experience with Extreme Terrain. I sent them a message and they responded in a couple of days. They asked for photos. They offered a full refund or partial store credit. The store credit amount is in line with what I would pay for the replacement parts. I ordered some bezels off ebay and will use the credit for a winch plate in future.

So, I'd say that I'm happy with their post purchase response and support.

January order, arrived 4/10 or so. 50 miles up the damn highway. Covid back order??? They are a great truck and mustang supplier. The only reason I used them was because of the Red Rock Bed bars. Tough install but damn nice product at 189.00 compared to Mopar 450.00.

Look at the reviews for Extreme Terrain. 1.9 is horrible. I purchased open box Amp power steps. They said like new missing only hardware. I called and confirmed condition and missing parts. The girl I spoke with was very polite answered all my questions and confirmed they were in great shape. I received nothing but the housings that’s it no motors no hinges no wiring not even the steps. I called immediately and so far I am getting the send us pictures we can’t do anything it’s an open box item. This is fraud. You can’t tell a customer it’s like new only missing hardware and send them 2 housings. I will contact them one more time and then if no refund I will go straight to Visa and ask for a charge back. This company should not even be in business. Scammers period!!! Read the reviews wish I would have!!!!

ExtremeTerrain has been really good to me, as well as Quadratec. Only ordered one drop shipped item from Rebel Offroad, but they got it to me fast. That said, have had some quality issues with items that come from RuggedRidge (missing and cheap hardware).

I have not purchased from Extreme Terrain, but would be willing to do so based on the quality of the product videos they post on YouTube. Beyond that, I have purchased from Quadratec and NorthRidge4x4, with good results. NorthRidge4x4 stands out, as they provided exceptional customer service when I had an issue with a direct ship from one of the manufacturers.

I had ordered some Red Rock seat covers from ET. Covers did not work in my JT. Back holes for lock didn't match up. I called customer service and explained the problem. Phone support was very helpful and immediately issued a return number. I ordered Rough Country seat covers from him while I was on the phone. I had the RC covers in 3 days. I cant say enough good about how I was treated in this case. I've not had any issues with them on previous orders with my YJ or LJ. As far as Quadratec, ordered the diver down seat covers from them originally. Waited two months for shipment and kept getting kicked down the calendar everytime I called or emailed. When you are the sole distributor and quite possibly the manufacturer of an item, you should be able to give a clearer idea of availability. Needless to say, I do do like Extreme Terrain. Just my 2 cents worth. Take it for what it is.

Owned my JT for a couple months now. 3 orders with Northridge went perfectly. Accurate inventory on their site and nice folks if you pick up the phone. 1 order with Quadratec went ok but order status updates didn’t seem to match FedEx very well.

I haven’t used Summit Racing for the JT yet but about half my 77 Trans Am resto parts are from them as they normally show up next day. Well run company but I don’t think they’ve got the depth of knowledge that Notthridge has on Jeeps though..
