Yep that's it. I've gotten a few, haven't given any out yet, but by placing one, you're telling that person you like their Jeep (for whatever reason).

My buddy keeps telling me about his getting ducked exploits and here I sit without a duck to my name. it‘s a short drive from home to wherever I go on that particular day, but it’s a long drive home without a duck but a heavy heart Instead.

I got one Duck on my last Wrangler(Red, stock Rubicon). I think the bright colors get them. Yours being Hydro should eventually get one.
btw, I am jealous of the Blue. I ended up with Black for my Mojave, couldn't find one in Blue with the options I wanted(mainly manual trans)

Not to complain about a complement by somer ducker, but in a way, it’s sorta too bad that whoever started this didn't start out with a tasty treat like Snickers, a pack of Reese’s Peanut butter cups or Hubba Bubba! I somehow think it seems infinitely a better compliment if someone Snickered or Bubba’d my rig(and in turn me) with a well placed packaged treat.

Finally got one a couple weeks ago after having the truck a year. Parked next to a stock Wrangler at work with 4 of them on the dash. I figure it’s because most people giving out ducks are probably women and my truck isn’t “pretty” in the classic sense. It’s Gobi with a basket over the back. Probably looks good to Gladiator owners, but most suckers are probably Wrangler owners. ?‍

Can i respectfully ask someone to explain how the duck thing works? Haha….do you keep the duck or pass it on? Or you buy another duck and duck someone else?

We kept our first one because it was cool to join the game, and have given and passed on more than 20 I’d say by now. We always give ours in person when people are at their jeeps. Makes for good conversation.

I've only got a few like 3, and that's solely from coming to random Jeep meet events (which I typically can't even make many of those due to my work schedule).

But since My JT isn't my daily driver (more of an every other weekend warrior) I don't drive it enough be ducked in the "wild", at least not yet.

I had no idea this was even a thing, but I like doing silly stuff like this with my kids, so I just ordered a bag of 50 novelty ducks and 50 little tags that say something like "You've been ducked!" to keep in the truck. I know my girls will get a kick out of it.
