I own a 2018 GC Pentastar 3.6L, and I noticed a ticking sound when the car idles. I will include a video of the sound below.
I noticed that when I start the car cold and the rpm on 1.5 - 1 you can't hear the ticking sound, but when the car rest and idles below 1 RPM you can hear the ticking sound. Should I report this issue? because I'm quite sure the dealer will tell me this is normal but is it?
My car mileage is 50K miles.
