It’s more than possible, it’s common. That’s about 12% off msrp. Most people here are getting this deal or close to it![]()
How is this even possible?
I’m not convinced “most” people are getting 12% off MSRP. Early orders benefited from dealers not knowing affiliate pricing wouldn’t be honored which resulted in 5-7% under invoice pricing. Since early June when dealers were made aware of this, discounts have dropped to 3-5% under invoice. And those 5% deals seem to all be tied to dealer financing. It’s more than possible, it’s common. People are still routinely getting 3-5% off invoice, and I said “or close to it”. We have known for awhile that affiliate pricing wasn’t working, so this isn’t a surprise. It was originally 7% with affiliate.I’m not convinced “most” people are getting 12% off MSRP. I’m not trying to downplay the deals people have gotten early or on individual negotiations, but setting the expectations of easy 5%+ off invoice or 12% off MSRP only sets up the community for disappointment and frustration. If affiliate pricing gets added then we should start seeing 5-7% off invoice routinely. Just my .02
