We love ours. Can't remove to clean, but easy to vacuum and spray out. Also, not worried about rain when the doors come off.How are you liking the Armorlite floor?
Hi Ray,In this particular case, it was Jeep Cares' fault more than the dealer's fault which is rare.
Funny thing is that the amount they scammed me out of has been less than the amount they have lost because I have been able to talk family members out of buying a Jeep.
I am currently in the market of getting another car and I would have totally purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4Xe but I am not even considering a Jeep as an option.
And people wonder why Jeep is doing so bad in sales compared to other manufacturers!!
Did your window have a crack in the molding inside of the cab?I responded to this thread on the 21st of March and showed my temporary "bubba" fix. Made it to an auto glass shop last week and had them seal around the top of the rear window with window sealant across window top. Leaking in above the slider. So far, no leaking. Time will tell. No longer looking bubba'd anyway.
This is a replacement back window that was leak free for about 2 years after it was replaced under warranty.

I have tried multiple times to work through this with Jeep Cares and was unsuccessful so I will pass on that.Hi Ray,
We are saddened to hear this. Should you need extra support alongside the dealership, please send our team a private message and we would be happy to help.

Jeep Cares
in my case, my issue had nothin to do with the dealer. It was directly with Jeep Cares where they advised they will cover a service but they went back against their word.JC is only a liaison - a go-between, between customer and dealers. They have no real power, they can't make decisions or force Jeep to do anything, or force a specific dealer to do anything.
People expect them to be able to make corporate decisions, policy decisions, or even MAKE dealers do something - when dealers are actually not owned or controlled directly by Jeep.
They actually got action for me on a tonneau coverJC really does nothing. They try to get stuff off the forums and onto PMs. They have no knowledge about anything and will not try to get info for you. A good AI program could replace them.

We are sorry to hear that, Ray. If you change your mind, please send us a private message with your VIN.I have tried multiple times to work through this with Jeep Cares and was unsuccessful so I will pass on that.
No, there was no crack. Came leaking from the factory. Window replaced under warranty. It lasted 2 years and started leaking again above the slider. Wasn't a bad leak but when washed or left in the rain, would make a small pool on the shelf below the window.Did your window have a crack in the molding inside of the cab?
