I kid you not I was about to try to find that guy that said he had been waiting on a shock for a year and here you are. Mine (under warranty) just arrived today. Go to the dealership to schedule an appointment and they said they can sneak it in right now so currently here waiting. Go figure.

Edit: This was for Freedom front shocks so not anything fancy.
I just called the dealer because according to my Claim advisor the dealership has replaced all the service advisors and my work order was closed so i have to call back in. This just keeps getting better LOL. Pedder Jeep is a nightmare!! I called just now and left yet another message for teh department since no one ever answer the phone. HAHAHAHAHA. I bet the General Manager makes Bank too and at a dealership that can barely function.

But the sound of something rolling when you drive around at low speeds might be a small rock or a loose bolt that got inside the frame or caught on a skid plate.
Very true. There are holes and I've found rocks from gravel roads in frames before.

It's a good reason to rinse out the frame now and then as well as one poor Ford owner who lived on a gravel road found out what happens when the rock, dirt and sand accumulate. We put his car on the hoist for other work and the frame literally collapsed.

I’ve got a sound inside the door pillar between the two driver side doors. It’s a clunk sound when you go over a hump in the road or hit a bump. NOBODY can find the problem! It definitely gets frustrating.now I just crank the stereo.

B pillar is where the inertia-locking shoulder harness retractors are..........
I didn't pay attention when I had the trim off mine to install the power steps - are the Jeep retractors handled by a hanging weight, or a clutch system that locks with a pull that's "too rapid"?

Update: was called by Jeep "Cares" apparently the dealer opted to not file a star claim. According to Jeep that is the dealers option because they don't get paid unless they find warranty work. So the dealer told Jeep nope tell the customer to come get his truck.
So, went there dropped off my loaner, and paid the $200 for a oil change and tire rotation. I chose not to say a word other than where's my key, and my bill.
Jeep advised me to go to a different dealer because and I quote "this dealership has zero communication, is independently owned, and obviously chooses not to help thier customers."
All I can say is wow...almost a month with it and no change. For all that are curious, Lia Jeep in Schenectady,NY is the one to avoid, and although I've purchased 6 vehicles from them and only brought my vehicles there for service, I will be going to another dealer in town.
On a lighter note, I went to a different dealer after leaving Lia, and scheduled an appointment in person. The service advisor who was nice enough to listen to the story so far went out into the parking lot himself just to check a couple simple things out. We joked he did more in 15min than the other dealer did in a month. I'll be dropping it there on Feb 5th. Wish me luck!!

I have the same issue. I have been all over the back end and suspension checking torque, looking for something broken but am still befuddled. Just know i feel your pain and look forward to seeing if you get an answer.

My bet is there is a stray bolt, screw, nut or a piece of gravel lodge somewhere...

I will side with op
on this... why should a customer of a $50 k purchase need to troubleshoot issues while under warranty?? Too many Jeep Fanboys thinking dealer service centers dont need to be there for their customers.

I agree with you however, this issue I have presented to my service department and got the “we did not hear it or experience it” answer. I’m just looking for a something that will hopefully save me some time so I can fix it myself. That’s all. If it’s the shocks then so be it. If its something else then most likely I can address it.

I, too do some of my own work and rely on the collective wisdom of this forum for good info... DIY or otherwise.
My point is this: why are we in such a situation that the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty on a $50 k purchase does. very little?
Maybe Stellantis should amend their warranty to say something like : Diagnosis is not covered. Bet that would further cut into slumping sales.
