Awesome man! That looks killer man! Well done. Also another Maryland guy haha over in Cecil! My new 22 JTRD should be in mid December very excited to get out there and meet you all on the trails!
Was literally thinking bout you the other day to see if you ever ordered. Well that answers that question haha. Congrats on the house.Well happy holidays gents!
I had to hold off on buying my Gladiator because I just bought another house in Severna Park (new build, closing 15 June)
My lender wanted me to hold off where I will be carrying a mortgage on 2 properties. Once I sell my current house I'll be golden.
New house has a 3 car garage w/ 12' ceilings......So I will be installing a lift. YES, I was using the JL to light up the house.

I ordered the 3.5” Clayton Premium bundle and and they sent the Falcons for a gas model (the passenger will not fit because of the battery). The diesel specific Falcon 3.3 will not be available until fall timeframe according to Terraflex.Alright, so I am about to purchase my lift. I was looking at the Rock Krawler 4.5 X factor "No Limits", for the height, and the quad rate springs, which seem beneficial for the diesel. However, the price has recently waved me off.
I could use some opinions...
Metal Cloak GC 3.5 with Rocksports...I would want to upgrade the springs with 4.5's at some point (maybe RK), and would have to get my hands on a steer kit.
OR
Clayton Offroad 3.5 Overland. They have a bundle with a steer kit and Falcons. I would probably also upgrade springs in the future.
The options are overwhelming, so I am trying to keep it between these two. Thanks!

That being said, I am loving the height and the ride in Fox 2.0 w/reservoir shocks.

No problem at all, just sharing what I learned while my lift was being installed. Here’s mine on the 3.5” Clayton. Thanks for the input Joe.
After speaking with a few different places, the Metal Cloak service won out...and continues to win out every time I talk to them about something. I am going to go with their Gamechanger kit, and they are going to include Evo 4.5 HD springs for front and rear. I dont hear great things about EVO springs and the diesel weight, but Im gonna try them out. If they dont work for me, Ill upgrade to the Rock Krawler 4.5's.
Ill be picking up from Bull Run and installing myself, with the help of a few buddies.
This is my build thread. Make sure you get this over to, "Jeepers of Maryland" so everyone can see it!I know this is a Maryland thread, but thought I would share Northern Virginia Jeepers has members from the DMV and we often have regular off road events to Rausch and AOAA. All are welcome, plus we need more Gladiators in the group.
Please let me know if you guys are planning on going. I would like to tag along.

Looks sexy as hell. I was lost in the sauce with how many shock options were available, and I needed some for the lift, so the Rocksports that come with the package will have to do. I was eyeballing those 2.0's though...is it too early to be thinking about shock upgrades? LOLNo problem at all, just sharing what I learned while my lift was being installed. Here’s mine on the 3.5” Clayton.
