That tire pressure seems high for that size. I've got 275/65R18 on mine now and I run lower pressure than that. Highest I'd run in mine would be 36-37 when towing, otherwise I run less pressure.
General rule is larger tires, lower pressure. My tires are less than 33s and only about 11" wide, so tires like yours should run lower pressure than mine.
Did a dealer or tire dealer set them that high?
yes, local Jeep dealer did the install.

yes, local Jeep dealer did the install.
And that's why I asked. My stock original tires - the door sticker said 38 pounds. So I get the truck brand new and they have 42 psi.
I lower them to 38 and take it in for the first oil change - tires are back about 41.
I had Rubicon take-offs for the truck a year ago - needed TPMS sensors installed. Took to a TIRE shop, they installed the sensors and swapped the tires onto the truck - those are supposed to be set at 36 if I recall the Rubicon door jamb sticker - you guessed it, the TIRE shop that sells those tires set the psi to over 41 - it rode like a truck LOL
I set them back down. Back for another oil change - got the truck back with those Rubicon 33s on it - yup, dealer upped the pressure to 40 again. WTH?
I bought new General A/Tx tires the 275/65R18 on it now. Dealer set those to - yes, 41 psi. I called General and they suggested something like 36. (that's a bit high unloaded but not bad either)

Jeep dealers and tire dealer, all jacked the pressure up way too high. I can't figure out why, but they obviously can't even read the tire pressure sticker on the door jamb.

In short - 40 is TOO much on your tires.

@ShadowsPapa - I talked with BFG support. They confirmed your comments. They said at the most I should run 37 psi (factory standard), but recommended 35 psi. I dropped the tires down to 35 and it was MUCH better.

I still have an issue with it pulling to the right. Any suggestions on where I should ask them to look on that?

Bravo. Well done. And it's great to get the info from the folks that have to support those tires if there are any issues.
A simple thing to check as far as the pull is to swap the left and right front tires. Put the left on the right and right on the left. If the pull is a tire, that will make it pull left instead of right.

Since you have a 2020 - have you still got the original steering gear?

A simple thing to check as far as the pull is to swap the left and right front tires. Put the left on the right and right on the left. If the pull is a tire, that will make it pull left instead of right.

Since you have a 2020 - have you still got the original steering gear?

I have seen some of the forum posts, but no, I haven’t had that work done. I’ll start with that and see where it goes. I have a Launch Edition and took possession in July 2019 (for dating of the build purposes).

Our recommendation would be:
Front Track Bar 2.5” lift – 34 3/16”
Front Lower Control Arms 2.5” lift heights – 24 1/4“
Front Upper Control Arms 2.5” lift heights – 20 7/16”

2.5” Lift Height: 4.8 to 6.35 degrees of Caster with a .2 to .4 Cross Caster Split (.2 to .4 degrees more caster on the pass. side than the driver’s side.)

Tow: 0 to slightly towed in but within factory specifications
What your recommendation for 3 inch lift? Do you recommend geometry brackets?

Im about 3" lift in front and I have the longer MOPAR LC arms. I am at 5.4 on Drivers side and 5.6 on Passenger side . I run 35lbs in my 37 C rated KOs's . I will probably go to adj lowers with JJ's on each end. I prefer JJs on the lower fronts . From past experience they locate the front diff better than clevite bushings by restricting unwanted movement is my guess. I could feel the difference in the steering correction needed on the road on my TJ's.

EDIT: Have since switched to Rancho Geometry correction brackets and stock Lower control arms and I am at 6 degrees caster now .
