Need someone to make a 3D printed mirrored image of the cowl piece for the driver's side. Then mount the snorkel on it.

I'm pretty sure I could do it, but It's not only that unfortunately. There is the actual fitting inside that is doing the heavy lifting from the airbox. And for this we don't have a mirrored engineering solution. Pictured is the rugged ridge extension. Without it the air is drawn from the side, with it, the slide is closed and air is drawn from the top.

I’ve sent werewolf and email to ask which snorkel model is this specifically and confirm if the Jeep is a diesel.

ping’ed today and basically they told me it was custom fab. Like pretty much everything else on the JL pic on their website. Asked if they would be willing to work with me to export it here as JT identical. To be continued.

Or just use this one and route the crossover ducting under the hood. I am looking at 3D printed parts now. I don't think my printer is big enough though.

Update, they do not wish to explore this route afaik even if I told them there was a market there and the JTD is identical to the JLD in the engine bay.
Looks like AEV is our last hope.

I also preferred their design closer to rugged ridge. Not a fan of the safari style AEV is going for. Though, I think that they won’t have the choice as the engine bay is pretty packed. But a snorkel is better than no snorkel sometimes.

I like Rugged Ridge design because no hood cutting but I don’t think any big company will develop EcoDiesel snorkel in Rugged Ridge design.
It is because such snorkel do not fit with Mojave hood design.
It is better to make universal design so it will fit all Gladiators all over the world.

Me too. Was hoping that AEV would of had one there.

With the ecodiesel being discontinued, it’s not profitable for vendors. Unfortunately that’s the world we live in. I’m still loving my JTRD though.
