Sounds like the are starting the process of queuing 2021 production. Faster than I expected. What was your order date? Mine was put in 7/8 and no VIN yet.

Order date was 7/7, so yours should be hitting anytime now.

Trust me, he's taking orders. He's a veteran of the industry and probably had a plan a long time ago.

I ended up ordering a sport S Diesel yesterday! I basically got the 8.4" screen package, popular equipment group, technology group, tow package and nothing else. Paid just under 47K pre tax. I optioned an overland, but it was 58K.....so sport S it was. Diesel was most important to me, all the other things I want can be added in the aftermarket if I really want them....and I do!

My order was placed for a ‘21 JTM on 7/8. I had a VIN on 7/9, and now in D1 status with build date of 8/21.

I just got my VIN from Jeep chat (21 JTR ecoDiesel). They claimed they were waiting for parts so i'm pretty sure it isn't in D1 yet. I just put it in the tracker.

Placed 21' order on 7/7 and have a VIN. Although, I don't know how quickly after placing the order, the VIN was issued. All I know is that I have a VIN now.

Picked mine up yesterday. 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 6 speed. Ordered March 28 and it arrived July 21. I was lucky enough to order mine during the stop order of manual transmissions and during the plant shut down for Covid. Took 5 months but I couldn’t be happier. Everything I wanted and more.
