I’ll go Kenda again if I can get 5 for $900 again but I’ll look elsewhere if I’m paying normal prices.

How many miles is everyone getting? I’m only at 15,000

I think I bought mine for $200/tire a couple years ago. Mine have about 35k on them.

I've got 33x10.5-17 size not 35 or larger. No complaints about them on wet weather driving a good tire not certain on how many miles on them, over 35k miles I'm sure. I think I seen some cupping on front tires so I definitely need to rotate them. I do have reduced MPG's running them, the tradeoffs of traction is acceptable for me for now. Definitely grab and throw rocks, mud too. The tires performed well in the past winter snow for me.i would buy the same brand again especially if I can get them for a good price.... probably be 35s next time and 12.5 wide. ? especially if I get around to installing the lift kit I got.:giggle:
Where and what you do with your vehicle is key on dictating tire choice. I drive alot of road miles but quite a few gravel and lesser quality roads mixed with clay.

Ordred 5 of these today last night from Walmart. $1,315.02 for all 5 of them, or $238 per.

Just put on my second set. Drove the first ones down to nothing. 45K miles.
Saw a good deal on Amazon and had them delivered to a shop near me for free.

Another happy Sport / Max Tow / No lift customer on the 35x10.5 Klevers. Went with the wheels off of a Willeys Wrangler

Jumped on the Klever RT bandwagon today. I bought my JT used a couple months ago already on Nitto 37s, and after reading thru this thread, I jumped on a set of 37x12.5r17. 100% improvement in road manners, not to mention how much quieter they are.

Put some 35 kenda klevers on today. 1.5 teraflex level also.
Sorry to quote such an old post, but I just picked up a leftover '23 Willys that looks just like yours and would love some more pictures. Any rubbing with the stock wheels and no wheel spacers?

I know you weren't asking me, but I have a '21 Willys with the Kenda 35x10.5 tires and a 1.5" level.

No rubbing with stock wheels. I don't have spacers so I can't answer that, but spacers shouldn't negatively affect anything either.

Man, I love these tires! Merely a few hundred plus miles on mine and could not be happier. Installed a Tazer Lite yesterday and set it to 34.77 (Kenda website says 34.76). It seems to match a “Speed Box” app on my phone quite well. Surprisingly well, actually. Currently stuck on running 37 front and 35 rear p.s.i.
??

It is funny how many people have asked me “Why so narrow?” Hah!
??

Anyhow… I made the right choice for me, even though I was dead set on Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT 255/85R17, but was impatient and not OVERLY OK with mounting them on 8.5” wide wheels (recommend max width 8.0”), even though I was told “We’ll mount those all day long,” by Belle Tire (2) and a chosen 4x4/Jeep specialty shop.

???

I ended up doing an AEV 2” lift with GCBs. I did not re-gear and here in S.E. Michigan, it is just not necessary for me to do so. I see 8th. gear plenty and even with the cruise control set. The only steel I have added to the vehicle are White Knuckle Offroad rock sliders. No bumpers, winch, etc.

The tires themselves are fine.
They are OK.

The Kenda Klever R/Ts are a little too slippery on rain wet road surfaces for my liking. Goose the throttle enough and they will slip just too easily. They also annoy me with the noise hitting the road surface tar lines. I no longer care for the look of the sidewall. Oh, & no stone ejectors too. I would sell the 6 I have (2 have 0 miles on them) for another set of the following.

I did end up getting the mentioned Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/Ts 255/85R17 and while they have been my dedicated winter tires, I will eventually run them all year round. I am just an A/T tire guy and the narrower the better.

Needless to say… If the above mentioned Mickeys were the last set of tires on a store rack, I would push down my grandma to get to said last set. Hah!
I absolutely love those tires and as long as they are available, it is all I will ever run. Well, once the Kendas give me reason to ditch them. Hell, I might not even wait that long really.

Could you tell me the actual measurement of the 255/85s you have, are they right at 34 inches like they claim also are the Klevers a true 35 inch tire?

I’m looking to get a set of these but would like as close to a true 35 as possible.
I assume you like the Baja boss the best still? Thanks!

I do not have actual measurements, but… Mickey Thompson says 34.6 and I don’t recall anything else more specific.
Pictured are the two and they are both mounted. It is all I have got.
