Just bought a 2022 overland gladiator eco diesel. I read a lot of post on here. So, here goes.
Is anyone on here running a mrtune stage 2 with exhaust upgrades.
Could you tell about it.
I have a ram 1500 2015 with green diesel of road tune from way back. It has held up great. They no longer support it.
Looking for other’s thoughts
Thanks in advance

Correct Stage two. My rig is fully deleted.

The initial install included replacing the ECU, then dropping the exhaust caping the plugs and installing the new exhaust. I run the resonator in place of the full muffler. Great sound no drone.

On my 2015 Ram 1500. It made a world of difference. I average 27 to 28 miles per gallon. A lot more torque. Yes, on that truck I would do it again.
I’m wondering also on my jeep

Really wish others would chime in here. The delete in my truck was from green diesel. They don’t support it anymore.
Would really like to know what the new 3 gens have going for them

@FC1, I think the title of your thread "Kinda new here, but" is not helping your cause. Maybe have the mods rename it to more of the information / feedback you're seeking.

I have a '23 EcoDiesel with EOC Stage 1 with DEF turned off and the tow tune. I really like it. I have a second ecu so I can still go to the steelership if needed until I get some more miles on it. Then I will do the stage 2 full deletes. I am still deciding if I want to do their shift on the fly or street tune for a bit more power. The disadvantage of SOTF is I would loose the ability to turn the fan on high with the Tazer but I think that I have a work around for that. Everyone I have talked to does not regret the stage 2 though.

Improvements:
1) No more DEF......
2) Better throttle response
3) Seat of the pants More torque
4) I run 120 miles a day commuting to DC average fuel mileage is 25. Previous 22. Running 3.5 Clayton lift and BFG 39 KM3s.
5) Do it again? I have deleted ever truck I have ever had. Getting rid of the EGR is the best thing you can do for longevity. No more soot in the intake. The EPA took a Gasoline concept and applied it to the diesel engine without any real thought. Unburned Gas can be recirculated and re burned Unburn or partial burn diesel is Soot or Carbon dust. Why in the love of God would you mandate putting carbon soot back into the combustion chamber???? Proof, 05 Ford 6.0 motor lasted 300K miles before selling, 08 F450 6.4 motor with mods making 600HP and 1400 torques still going strong at 425K miles, Cummins 6.7 delete when bought, clean intake and still running strong at 300K miles..... SO YES I would do it again and again.
6) Engine temps run cooler without the REGEN process
7) EoC (MR Tuning) tow tune at full throttle pumps a haze of gray out the tail pipe, no more so than a tuned Mustang on Race gas.
