sooo.... yea... I don't know if this ever got answered, but I'm looking through parts and I discovered that there is a part number for the LE Badge. So you should be able to order it.

Dealer near me has a used LE sitting in the showroom. 400 miles on it. They want 59k and I want punk'n orange. Offered to drive it home if they drop to 50k. They didn't.

It's sexy as hell though.

What’s this lifetime warranty all aboot?

This dealer offers a lifetime warranty with all their new cars. You have to do all of the factory recommended service to keep it in force. My salesman said I could do the work like oil changes and such as long as I kept receipts but the fine print says no. In fact it say the work has to be done by certified technicians. If you want to use your own shop it has to be approved by the warranty administration. So it doesn't seem like it will be worth the paper it is on for me.
