LED taillight moisture

After arriving home, I noticed this moisture in tail lights. Should I take this into the dealership? I saw a post in Google search but the thread is no longer available.

Most manufacturers will try to dismiss mild condensation as normal and tell you it will go away quickly. If it does, great, but it will happen again.

I would take it to the dealer asap while the condensation is still there. It looks like droplets are just starting to form, which is usually the indication that they are defective.

IMO, condensation with any type of droplet formation in a light means failure. I've had a lot of cars over the years, ranging from 1963 to 2021. Only one of those vehicles ever had condensation in the lights. The headlights in my 2019 Audi Allroad fogged like crazy. It's one of the reasons I traded it in on the Gladiator.

I did and they took pictures to send to Chrysler.

The manufacturer I work for will only replace light assemblies if water pools inside of the lamp. They might replace them if the guy over at stellantis is having a great day.

Same thing happened on my 2018 JL: Dealer replaced it no problem.

Are these lights hermetically sealed, or absolutely water proof meaning they can be submerged in 10 feet of water and not take on any water?

Has anyone else gone to the dealership for this issue? My Gladiator sat out in the rain for a couple hours, and now it looks a little worse than the pictures in the first post. I am just wondering if Jeep will do anything. I just turned over 4000 miles on mine, and it's literally seen very little rain.

Thanks. I didn't even have to take it in. I just called my service advisor, and he's ordering one and will call me when it arrives.

The light was covered and replaced. But recently wacked against a tree saving the truck from damage.
