Well I contacted my electronics supplier.
They are going to see if they can get it.
It does show in their catalog. Only I would have to place a large order to possibly get them. 100 sensors type of thing. Either way I’m curious to see if it can be had. And of course the price.

Just updating. Looks like you can actually get the actuator that fails now instead of an entirely new axle.

The dealer said they had to order a new axle and they did. But when it arrived and I dropped my Jeep off they said jeep finally got it together and the actuator is now available to order and they didn’t need to swap the whole axle. Instead, they were able to take the actuator of the axle they had ordered and put it on mine. I picked it up and it appears to be corrected now, but I haven’t tested it in the air or off road

Liquor Attorney. So not all bad...
The issue is well known and covered in the JL forums and here, it is the locker sensor getting gear oil infiltration and shorting out the sensor. The sensor is not available separately and the entire axle needs replaced, if you regear they may or may not cover under warranty (depends on dealer) and you would have to pay to have the axle regeared again.

For anyone that regears, you need to pot the sensor to try and keep this from happening.

When I have mine regeared I am having the sensors potted. ZAutomotive has a kit that blocks the error but does not fix the problem and only hides it.
Am i correct that you can avoid this sensor issue on a regear by installing a different kind of locker? Like an ox locker, Eaton or arb?
