Honestly, that depends more on how heavy your right foot is. A programmer will help you optimize shift points with the auto and can make up for the 4.10 gears...but accepting the fact that you’ll be driving an aerodynamic brick down the freeway and keeping yourself close to the speed limit is the real key. Aerodynamically, the sweet spot for a Jeep is around 55 mph, but the real cliff for fuel economy is around 75 or 80 (taking into account wind speed...keep in mind that a 20 mph headwind makes your Jeep aerodynamically think it’s driving 20mph faster than it is.)Will that change be a lot or a lil? right now it's 16 to 22 mpg. How hard will it hit?
