I’ve been working on an issue with @Metalcloak support for the last couple days. The initial issue was caused by me, but they never got impatient, and stuck with me no matter what. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and dedication to their customers. For anyone on the fence regarding one of their products, don’t think twice. They are truly amazing to work with. They go above and beyond as normal operating procedure. Thanks again @Metalcloak ! I’m a customer for life.

Yep, that's just their culture. You can tell the company is a bunch of people who love what they do and enjoy sharing it. There's a reason we put MC on our LJ and didn't even look at other companies when it came to picking suspension for the JT.

Yeah, I ordered a set of bump stops from them awhile back that I was in no hurry to get. They called me to let me know they were running a few weeks behind and I told them to take their time. They threw in an extra set for my trouble when they did shipped. Offered to send them back but they told me to do whatever I wanted to with them.

Nice to deal with actual human beings of intelligence than just being treated like a number.

I kind of feel bad when I order something from them and a real person calls me and leaves a voicemail thanking me for my order and letting me know they'll be getting it out soon. I am usually at work. Just wanna answer and be like "I don't need anything but you are awesome":clap:

MMM mmmmmm, good customer service is a selling point for sure as it seems to be going away with so many companies being bought out. Some MC parts will eventually end up on my Mojave!

The first time I installed one of their kits on a JKU I knew it was quality. The ride, handling and flex on the test drive proved it. I went with the owner to EJS that year and the Metalcloak crew was at the vendor's show in the Spanish Trail Arena, I got to meet them and told them how I felt about their products, "That's what we like to hear" was the response, I've been a customer ever since. I always suggest MC and have installed many kits besides having them on my own Jeeps.

Customer Service and Made in the USA products....... can't beat that. I have almost everything they offer for suspension and steering minus front endlinks and shocks. I will be ordering the Black Series adjustable Mojave shocks very soon.

Another win for @Metalcloak

Who knew they sold tools and tool accessories?! I didn’t. But I do now. I picked up three sets of their jack stand wall mounts, and yes, a firewood stand. I haven’t unpacked the firewood stand yet, but I just mounted all of the jack stand hangers. I’d have a better picture with more stands hanging, but two pairs are under my gladiator. Yes, the bottom pair is spaced differently. They are for my 6 ton pair. I highly recommend these. Simple, strong, and they get the stupid stands off the floor.

Side view to see how cool they are. Not with all of them mounted, but still.

I get it, one could use $2 hooks, but these are great. And for laser cut zinced steel bent on cnc brakes, the price is totally reasonable.

I need to go unpack the firewood stand. I’m thinking some “hammered” spray paint and redwood 2x4’s will finish it off nicely.
