So I just bought my 2020 Mojave (used) a month ago. I just finished putting the lift on (I will detail that in a separate post). I took measurements before and after I put the lift on. It is about 3/8" to 1/2" taller on the drivers front, both before I put the lift on and after. Is that normal? It looks crooked from the front.
My last Gladiator was the same on bith sides ..

None of them sit perfect on all four corners.

I would not be getting all paranoid about trying to "fix" that.

Did the Carfax show any major repairs that would indicate it may have been in an accident?

A half inch is a very small amount. It may look crooked since you are aware of the difference.

What is the difference with an adult sitting in the driver's seat?

Full tank of gas? That's an extra ~200lbs on the passengers side with the tank and skid. I believe the springs are in the 150lbs/inch range, so it only takes 300lbs to lower the entire side a full inch. People make way too much of this idea that everything needs to be 100% level. What about passengers, load distribution, etc? So you got crazy with spacers and made it perfectly level all the way around empty with a full tank. Now get in the drivers seat and run the fuel down to 1/4 tank...now it's 3/4" low on the drivers side....

Clean Carfax and 1 owner. The Clayton 2.5 inch lift springs are 188lbs if I remember correctly. I had 1/2 take of gas when measured. When I drive the Mojave it seems like it is off a lot. Maybe it is the hood scoop on the Mojave that makes it seem worse.
On my other Gladiator it was level, it had stock suspension except the front spacer level kit.
I am debating putting a 1/2" spacer in the front passenger side, but not until everything settles in...

I am already 190lbs... If I get any heavier I won't have to worry about the truck, I will have to worry about hearing it from my wife everyday....

If it's only 3/8-1/2" off empty, it is level with you in the drivers seat. If it really bothers you, sit in it and have someone else take measurements. What ever you're seeing when driving it is in your head in my opinion.

I have to say, I really don't like the Clayton springs. Truck looks great but rides like an A1 Abrams....
I have to look into different springs

Might be stating the obvious think to check, beyond what’s been said about fuel tank, have you double/triple checked the springs , their placement, positioning, and rotation? Are they perched and seated properly? Level tire pressure? Measuring on level ground?

sorry for the silly/basic questions, I tend to start with asking about the foundational assumptions before getting into the more complicated things … like, was it on level ground before torquing down any bolts that were through rubber bushings.

That was going to be my comment. Some lifts the fronts are the same and the rears are the same. Other lifts you have passenger specific and driver specific springs.

Also if you don't have a spring clocked, or indexed correctly it can throw things off.

I triple checked the springs when I put them in and they are seated correctly. I am really anal about that. I even buy new oem spring seats (the rubber seat) whenever I change springs. These have beand new Mopar top spring seats on top and brand new Metalcloack bottom front spring seats.
The Clayton springs are same left and right.
I was thinking about possibly Synergy or Teraflex springs. I would like springs that are left and right specific, but not sure who makes them...

Synergy makes their springs corner specific.
I will probably be buying a set of them... Do you know if their advertised lift high is roughly correct? Clayton's 2.5 lift spings raised my truck 3.25 to 3.5
