why is that? Is there interference with the control arms?
Control arms, sway bar end links, some even claim an interference with shocks. I guess it's possible with bigger bodies and same mount location.

yeah that makes sense. Your talking about a negative offset rim right? i must be tired. Was thinkin you were talking about a positive offset.

No, talking about excessive back space. 4.5" or less for most lifts. There are some lifts that have a 3" or 3.5" back space limit.
