Mopar or Rugged Ridge Door Sill Guards

Anyone have any opinions? I like the Mopar ones because of the branding but let’s face it, they aren’t much for protection. Which you buy?

On my second Gladiator and have installed Rugged Ridge both times. I haven’t noticed them affecting the door seals.

I believe the RR ones may compromise the door seal slightly but not really an issue unless you are in water over the lower door seal. There are a bunch of threads talking about it and showing it on wranglerforum.
For my use it is a non issue, I prefer the coverage.

Not that I can see, perhaps if you looked closely in the lower door gap you could see the black plastic from the guard.

I put on the Mopar black plastic guards, but that was in July 2019. They have worked well for me, but I also don't carry any passengers.
