Dunno, with some vehicle makers, who the heck knows.Well the only two bumper options are plastic and steel, and those are easy to tell apart just by looking at them.

Pretty sure mine is aluminum on my 2020 Overland. I might be getting it mixed up with our 2018 Colorado, but I’m 90% sure. I’d go check, but it’s in the body shop for a comprehensive claim.

No, I don't need a magnet. I have a magnet, so I used it. It's called a "tool". I keep it in a thing called a "toolbox". Google it. You might even come to believe you might find a use for these things called "tools". Be warned though - sometime dirt might get on your hands and under your fingernails while using them. If you Mom is close by, she can help you clean them.

wow, let's compare the number of tools you have and the years you've been employed as a top mechanic, ok?
How about the tools you have built from scratch? (fuel sending unit lock ring removal sockets, engine lift, engine stand, alternator test bench and more)
Factory training, college degree in automotive, I was the top mechanic in Iowa for a while (with the trophy) - being offered the service manager position (blind call, they simply called me and said the job was mine if I wanted it).
Better than any other mechanic? Hell no. There's some people in here that I follow and respect and learn from constantly. But I do know my stuff in most cases. Seriously, there's a few here who I have GREAT respect for and have taught me things over the 5 years I've been here. I would bow to them and their expertise and experience - and say it publicly.
I was trying to be nice when I asked if this was your first Jeep - and showing how you could find out what panels are made of what without discovering all over again and re-inventing the wheel.
(Yeah, I come across abrupt as hell, but there's a medical reason for that.)
These don't show my boring bar, rod hone, valve, head and valve seat equipment, CC'ing equipment, porting tools, drive shaft and u-joint tools, press, gantry crane, transmission jack, 4 pairs of jack stands,
My bet is you couldn't even identify half of the tools I have, and have owned and used since the early 1970s.
VERY thin skin if you think that was insulting. Looks to me like you find pretty much anything insulting. But you pop in here fresh from nowhere and start slamming down those who do know and have real experience.
