I negotiated with my dealer assuming the discount would be good when I actually "closed". That's why I've been holding my breath on the MY22 discount...

Also... just another data point. Early this morning I contacted Jeep Chat and they said I was still in KZ, but my delivery window changed from 12/7-12/15 to 12/9-12/10. I asked if they could see if it was on a truck, or waiting in the yard and he said No.

1 hour later, I get a text from my dealer with that pic that it was delivered and already off the truck ready for PDI.

Ok, another tidbit/cheat code.... you can register your VIN on the mopar owners site and get access to the PDF version of the entire Owners Manual even before delivery. I found it a couple of days ago and forgot to post. It will say "Non Owner" in the status, so you can't see any of the connected services yet, but you'll have access to the manual ahead of time if you want to browse it.

delivered at 2:39 this morning. they are "looking for paperwork" then they will give me a ballpark on how long it'll take them to prep it. apparently it drove through the Serengeti to get here or something...

I definitely think they are prioritizing the more expensive builds.

I don't think that's the case as mine is almost fully loaded, MSRP of ~67K and I am still in D1 with ship date of 12/27.

Did you negotiate pricing ahead of time? How are you going to play this - ask for another 1% off for Tread Lightly?

What are the terms of that Tread Lightly? I'm hoping to get my Jeep within a month, debating if I should sign up for TL or if it's a waste of money since I've already negotiated price.

That I know of, the TREAD LIGHTLY benefit NO LONGER applies. Double check this with your dealer. It was removed (I think) at the end of October. My dealer (Gupton) did "adjust" his discount program to help accommodate the loss of tread Lightly and he did say he would honor any incentive discounts that were available on the day of purchase. The rumors are saying there is an incentive currently, but I read somewhere it was only for December, I'm trying to verify that now.

My dealership just texted than no incentives apply to the 22 JT. Not sure what that means outside of there are no official incentive on the 22 JT's yet.
