The last 6 digits of my VIN are: 105969. I am not sure that hangs with the theory of the last 6 being the order sequence given my order was placed on 10-14-21.

Man that sure doesn't. I've noticed that several us that ordered the first week or so all are something like 000xxx. But then after that it seems the numbers got really high fast. I can't find a decoder online anywhere for the gladiator. This post was what I was basing my info on. (It is for JL coding, but assumed the same for JT?) https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/post-here-once-you-have-a-vin.15260/post-226187The last 6 digits of my VIN are: 105969. I got it from the salesman at the dealership---they have the most accurate info in my mind [which isn't saying muchWhere did you get that status from? The tracker on this forum?
And I agree with the 2022 models! You would think they would be marketing some hype.
Lastly, are you a military guy? ? (I recognize that date format)
That is awesome. Thank you for your service!... 30+ years on active duty with the Marine Corps...
I think your theory/source makes perfect sense. It is only logical to assume the VINs are sequential and based on some coding system. I just am not sure they could have received so many orders in just a few days. I guess we will see how it plays out. Here is to hoping we are all in our trucks by the end of the year!Man that sure doesn't. I've noticed that several us that ordered the first week or so all are something like 000xxx. I can't guarantee this, but I was told that the reason why most dealers (if not all) ask for a deposit is so they can classify the build as a "sold order" which is supposed to give it priority over a regular dealer stock build. If you look at your POC, it should say "sold order" at the bottom,I ordered a Rubi almost fully loaded on the 27th and Jeep chat told me last week that it's still in gather parts. The only thing I didn't get was the steel bumper which I kind of regret now.
Does anyone know if Jeep gives priority to the dealer orders or is it mix of regular inventory and dealer orders? I am guessing it's the latter since they need to get regular inventory to the dealership as well? It would be nice to pick it up before Christmas and hit the mountains during the holidays.
It does say "sold order" on there.I can't guarantee this, but I was told that the reason why most dealers (if not all) ask for a deposit is so they can classify the build as a "sold order" which is supposed to give it priority over a regular dealer stock build. Take it with a grain of salt, but I've not had reason to doubt my dealer so far. When discussing a deposit needed for my order they informed me Jeep requires deposits on all orders now so that they can then audit dealers on customer orders as they have had issues with the supply shortages of dealers making fake customer orders to replenish lot inventory. It does say "sold order" on there.
Man, I never clicked so fast to get to my POC! With a sigh of relief, it does say, "sold order"!...If you look at your POC, it should say "sold order" at the bottom,
I don't think so.Yes, from my understanding, the last 6 digits of the VIN are in the order they were ordered. My last 6 digits are 000324. What is yours?
It's either 01 or 99... 01 is good. 99 means they configured something, but did not submit it to actually get built.Man, I never clicked so fast to get to my POC! With a sigh of relief, it does say, "sold order"!

Anyone know what, "Build Priority" is? I assume 01 is good! ?
