MY22 Only - Anyone moved to D1?

I've been a Tread Lightly member since 2011, and ever since then (except for a random few months recently) Tread Lightly members qualified for the FCA Affiliate pricing of 1% below factory invoice.

To qualify you must be a Tread Lightly member for at least 1 month. Your membership paperwork includes a company code that you plug into the FCA Affiliate website, and then you generate your control number there.

You use this control number to actually obtain the discount, but you must bring your membership letter with you to prove that you've been a member for at least a month.

Otherwise, even with a control number that you can generate at any time I believe, the dealership will not accept the pricing. So if you're interested and not yet a member, and you anticipate your delivery date being beyond 30 days from now, now is the time to go to Tread Lightly's site and sign up. Subscriptions range from $100 to either $250 or $500 per year, maybe even more, but the $100 membership is the minimum qualifying subscription.

I am a Treadlightly member and I have a FCA control number.... but last I heard, the TL and FCA no longer applied... when I talked to Daniel (Gupton Owner) he said it didn't, but his and other dealers adjusted their programs to still reflect the discount without the TL/FCA being required..... I received an email today from Renee (his assistant) reporting that I am in the shipping process, I asked her about TL/FCA.... I will report when I get a response .

So we (me and the owner of our dealership) decided to make a call up today because he has some 392s and a couple other for stock Gladiators that are now ALL in shipped status. He’s getting annoying because each has now been over a week. Get on the phone with a connection in Toledo here’s the short. Dudes looking at 1000s of Rigs loaded, built, inspected and signed off all siting with straps on the axles ready for the road on trailers right this second. He also can’t see any drivers to pick said trailers up. So that’s why if you have an eta that is (todays date) to (some date in the next month) that changes every day, it’s because in a normal world it would already have been picked up and on it’s way. Instead we got a lot full of loaded trailers and no one to pick them up.

Has anyone confirmed with Daniel or Renee that Gupton will honor tread lightly?

I don't want to ask if others have already or are about to.

I did about 2 hours ago, waiting response..... but he did say he adjusted his program to accommodate the discount, so regardless you will get the same deal.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. I'm wondering if the ones going to the rail yard wait in a separate line for local drivers. Or if the thousands on trailers includes the ones going to the rail yard.

I will let you know what she says.... but from my understanding, in Nov the Treadlightly discount went away, but he adjusted his program so you would still get the same price and he was still offering the 1% to finance.

I placed my order the same day ! She replied "Send me your treadlightly letter and I can see if we can use it". Not really sure how to interpret that.. lol So I emailed her back asking for clarification. I asked if it is/is not being accepted and what the criteria is . I told her many on the forum wanted to know and maybe I could save her some headache and share the information... waiting for her reply..... Not sure why things are so difficult to just get a straight answer.... but if we ever needed one..........

YES SIR ! This is my exact understanding as well. I did not know it got turned back on last week so that's great !!!! He said the same thing to me, that all current incentives at the time of purchase would be honored. What was Renee's step by step procedure to obtain the discount ? Bring your TL letter when you pick up and pay ?.... lol
