MY22 Only - Anyone moved to D1?

Jeep chat is totally useless. My dealer contacted me today and advised me that he received a 2/2/22 ship date for my Mojave. He said I should have it mid to end of February. I reached out to Jeep Chat and they gave me the "I see all the parts are gathered and that you vehicle should be build shortly" speech. When I questioned the ship date all I got was the run around. I asked for a supervisor to call me to discuss this. They gave me a case number and said that someone will call me in 1 business day.

Honestly I don't see any problems here. I went from D1 (your status) to built in less than 3 days. Fully possible that no one is lying here.

I do think that JC and your dealer have access to different parts of the tracking system for some reason. So if one can't see what the other sees, I don't know that that indicates an issue yet.

I get you're frustrated and I mean you have the right to be - but I also think that everything is probably going to plan so far.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels that with adaptive cruise. I can’t STAND it.

lol I understand the hate some have for it because that used to be me - but you can turn it off and once I was forced to use it for an extended period of time in a rental I was convinced. In the right situations it is absolutely amazing.

Jeep email claimed week of 2/18 delivery to Gupton.

Yeah the only white one didn't have a name on it. Expect you might have a bit of a wait this weekend, she showed me the list of scheduled pickups and it was a bunch.

She also said someone gave them a low survey mark because the factory took to long to build his jeep, she said that type of stuff really dings them on how much they make per jeep and if that becomes a trend they'll have to do something different, specially when it's something out of their control.

I’m sure that’s frustrating for them. It’s not like they can show up in Toledo and build it for the guy. Take a moment and understand what the survey is asking for. Sounds like they’re doing a heck of a job to me.
