I named mine Aurelius. I wanted to stick with a good Roman name, but had to stay away from Julius. No Orange Julius here.

My Gobi Rubicon will be Sandbox...my JK was Eve of Destruction named after the 5 ton gun truc .

Named my sting gray Rubicon "Rudi" after the Roman term "rudis" which was a ceremonial wooden sword that was awarded to prolific gladiators along with their freedom, and freedom is what Jeepin' is all about!

Not going to name my truck but I had a 94 Mazda 626 that I had named "Johnny 5" (you younger guys will have to look it up). Going down the road the door locks would click and jump and down like someone was playing with the electric lock button. The problem was that the car didn't have a button for electric locks. I assume the door panels were changed at some point before I bought it and the replacements were from a car with manual locks.

We name them all! My Audi is Audrey II (the Audi before was Audrey). My Porsche is Nena. And this is Gladriel (a little twist on Galadriel).

I don't usually name cars, because they come with names for the most part. E.g. The S2k (aka "Dad's car). Oddly enough, we use the name of that car to apply to where it's stored ("The S2k garage") far more than to refer to it.

However, this one has a name, and it's @spenchey 's fault. When he sent the quote over, the file was named, "Racer_X's Rubi Red."

So I have no choice. It'll probably be called "Dad's truck" or "the truck," yet, it'll have a name. Have to put it on the license plate someplace, like mom did with underwear ("Your mom puts license plates on your underwear? How do you sit?!?!?!").
