Crotchety Old man here so I must post my opinion.
In a world with problems caused by plastics not being recycled and our throw away society, ducks are horrible.
When my kids were young, many moons ago, I used yo give them ducks of all shapes and sizes.
Now that they are grown I still sometimes find remnants of these wretched creatures in the woods around my camp.
Old ducks turn black and mushy under the right conditions.
So I'm in the "No duck zone"

She actually sadly passed yesterday appearantly or so Im told. She was just passing on kindness. And yes I do remember PH... from when I was a kid anyways.

If I get a duck, it's going on the closest jeep. I don't mind people leaving them on the hood or door handle but once I found one in my cup holder. That pissed me off, don't open my door and put stuff in my vehicle.

I get them, my daughter gets them more when she drives it, I just tell her, "Give those to other people" which she likes doing anyways,

I think they remind her of bath time when she was little,

but it was a nice gesture that has blown up, and in this time in our lives everyone needs something small to make them smile,

Yall think you have problems with people putting stuff on your jeeps yall should see the trail of women’s undergarments that get thrown at you as you drive down the road in the coolest vehicle ever made where I live. Hugh crowds of women yelling “Hawk Tuah I love that thang” j/k.

With my CJ people didn’t leave things they took things. My battery got stolen at the Dallas Airport Parking lot. With my YJ my top got cut in New Mexico and the Radio was stolen all over Texas to the point I gave up on running a radio. My TJ doesn’t attract much attention but someone has tried to pry open the under seat firearm vault (which didn’t have a firearm in it because firearms work better on your hip). Some little kid leaving a duck on my fender is the least of my worries. Now when I am in big cities and some meter maid leaves a parking ticket …. That infuriates me

As an old guy I find it's getting more difficult to get ducked. I still occasionally desire a good duck but a duck is getting harder to find. If any Canadian women would like to duck me, give a holla.

I do not get the duck thing, but am ok when someone leaves one on one of our jeeps. For those who get soooo upset about it…lighten up Francis. There are so many other things to worry about in this world.
