I recently purchased a 2025 Nighthawk that is decidely low-end as far as options. I really didn't care for all of the toys because I wanted to lower the payments. That said, I'm very happy with it since all I really wanted was Satellite radio. I no longer drive for a living (work remote) so the navigation package option that added $4,500 wasn't necessary. But a neighbor told me about Android connectivity to the Jeep radio and thinks I could use Google maps to interface through Bluetooth and get the display to show the map. Have not fiddled around with it yet. But obviously if it worked that way it would require a cell signal which may or may not be available in the wild.
So the other options are subsricing to Trail.com or OnX and maybe download something to my 256GB Samsung flip to use in cases where there is no signal.
What do y'all use when trekking?
